Bas managed the team of 50 staff and redefined European eBookers brand strategy, optimised ROI-measurement, selected multiple local agencies across Europe, established continental European media sales representation, initiated global SEO project with Orbitz/Ebookers/Flairview, realised significant cost savings by (re)negotiating pan-European marketing contracts worth over EUR 200 million; recruited new senior marketing staff in 6 countries, business lead for marketing work streams concerning European migration to new Austin platform.
